I opened my agency in 2002 after building a long career with State Farm that began in 1990, including time as an Agency Field Specialist. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the industry and a true appreciation for what it takes to build an office that supports both customers and team members the right way.
Outside of the office, I’m a proud owner of three dachshunds, and I’m always up for a good puzzle — I love anything that keeps my mind busy. Giving back is also important to me, and our agency stays involved through organizations like the Patriot Parent Association and Toys for Tots.
For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong work-life balance, along with team lunches and outings that keep things fun and connected. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Warren - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
